Day #25

Disclaimer: this is my first attempt to update my blog via email through my cell phone.... please excuse any discrepancies in appearance or spelling error.



Tonight I went to my parents' house for dinner. We had pork tenderloin, mixed veggies, pineapple & yeast rolls. Dessert was leftover birthday pie. The food was delicious, as all of my mom's cooking is. Plus, I didn't have to prepare it, which was a welcomed change.

  1. F.Y.I. The pork roast was marinated in a honey mustard sauce overnight, then baked in stoneware in the microwave, where it only took 20 minutes! The vegetables consisted of green beans, strips of carrots and squash, and wedges of Yukon Gold potatoes, sauted in olive oil and butter. The homemade yeast rolls were pulled from the freezer (leftover from the holidays)and the pineapple chunks are straight from the can.
