Day #45

This was an experiment with leftovers.  A successful experiment, I might add.   I took some of the leftover turkey from last night and a few slices of deli ham, diced them up, and sauteed them in a skillet with a little olive oil, black pepper, garlic, and nutmeg.  I let them cook for about 10 minutes, then added in a little alfredo sauce and a spoonful of Gorgonzola cheese....both of which finished up the little product remaining in their respective containers.  Once the cheese had melted and the sauce was warm, I spooned the whole mixture over a leftover biscuit from last night.

I guess this would be Turkey Cordon Bleu meets Biscuits & Gravy? 

No matter what you want to call it, it was very delicious :)
