Day #65

Happy Mardi Gras!  In celebration of Fat Tuesday, I cooked up a T.G.I.Fridays frozen skillet dinner - Cajun Alfredo with Chicken & Shrimp.  It seemed appropriate for Mardi Gras :-)      To go along with the pasta, I served up a small Caesar salad and an everything bagel sandwich round.

For dessert, I heated up a Pillsbury Sweet Moments molten lava brownie, topped it with a small scoop of ice cream, and some Mardi Gras purple & gold sprinkles!  Oooey gooey chocolatey goodness :)
