Day #110 - Tuna Melt

Tonight I made myself an open-faced Tuna Melt  sandwich.  I started by mixing a packet of tuna with mayo, pickle relish, black pepper, a little dill, shredded lettuce, and diced red onion.  I spread the tuna salad on a piece of whole grain bread, topped it with a little shredded Italian-blend cheese, and cooked it in my toaster oven until melty.   On the side, I had a few Frito corn chips (the bottom of the bag), and a small bowl of chunky applesauce.
