Day #93 - BBQ chicken sandwich


Late posting tonight.   I had dinner with my mom at her house, then we went to the Cardinals baseball game :)

Since my mom knows about this blog, she was very careful about presentation, and even wrote down an entire description of the meal.  Here is her description:
Boneless, skinless Chicken breast with Jamaican Jerk Rub (from Pampered Chef), grilled on the BBQ pit.  After cooking, lightly brushed on BBQ sauce.  Served on an egg dough hoagie roll with provolone cheese.   Sandwich was served with corn-on-the-cob, an Ambrosia salad (fruit cocktail, banana, coconut, and Cool Whip), and a tall glass of iced tea.
