Day #203 - Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwiches

This is a sandwich twist on Chicken Cordon Bleu.   I cooked a breaded chicken patty and some sweet potato fries in a 400-degree oven for 16 minutes.  I then took a couple slices of thinly-sliced deli ham and sharp white cheddar cheese, placed them on the chicken patty, and put it back in the oven for a couple minutes.   Once the ham was warm and the cheese was melted, I placed it on my whole grain bun with a little mayonnaise and mustard.
