Day #261 - Mixed Greens Chef Salad

The problem with buying bags or containers of mixed field greens and baby spinach is they always get wilted and slimy before I can eat it all.   Tonight I noticed that my greens were starting to turn bad, so I made a huge salad for dinner to use all of the "good" greens.    Mixed field greens, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced red & green bell pepper, chopped deli turkey, cooked & cooled edamame, shredded cheese, and a light Italian dressing.
