Day #295 - Peppered Pork Tenderloin


For dinner tonight I made a Peppercorn-crusted Pork tenderloin (one of those packaged ones from the grocery meat department) and roasted broccoli.    The pork was VERY peppery, almost too much for me.   I think next time I want a pork tenderloin, I'll just buy the plain one from the store and add the coating myself.
