Day #316 - Salsa Pork

Tonight I took the last leftover pork chop from my fridge, cut it off the bone, reheated it in the microwave, and  topped with some Roasted Tomato & Green Chile salsa.    I served it with some steamed broccoli on the side.

It was good to finally finish up some leftovers....
