Day #3

Let me just say how complete shocked and amazed by how much support and feedback I've already received....and this project has only been active for about 3 hours!  Thank you! :)   I will try my best to keep updating regularly and not disappoint my followers.


Do you ever have days where a giant salad just sounds delicious?   Today was one of those days.  I was craving salad.  So tonight's dinner was a large salad made from mixed greens, celery, apple, chicken breast, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, and a caesar-ranch dressing:
