Today I didn't have much appetite for dinner. I was hot and tired and too lazy to cook. So I grabbed a large Missouri-grown tomato from my fridge, cut it into wedges, seasoned it with a little salt & pepper, and drizzled it with rich balsamic vinegar. Simple and satisfying.
But don't worry, the tomato wasn't the only thing I had to eat. By the time I sat down to write this blog post, I was a little bit hungry, so I had a light snack of sliced white cheddar cheese and Bosc pear.
