Tonight I was down in Cape Girardeau celebrating the Baptism of my Godson, Nathan (my cousin's son). Dinner was a large buffet, consisting of: mostaccioli, sliced brown sugar ham, rolls, tossed salad, veggies, various kinds of pickles, a relish tray (including giant green olives stuffed with garlic cloves), deviled eggs, twice baked potatoes, a fruit tray, and much more. Dessert was homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream, flower cupcakes, and cookies. It was a smorgasbord! Too much food to fit on my little plate for the photo.
